Freemanworks specializes in the maintenance repair or replacement of modulating condensing high efficiency Boilers, Combination Boilers and Tankless Water heaters in residential and commercial applications. We cover the North Shore in Massachusetts and Coastal New Hampshire and have 20 plus years of experience doing so. Installing our first modulating condensing combi boiler made by Viessmann in 2003. We offer complete support from design, installation, maintenance, repair to replacement as well as commissioning / start up services available for single and/or multiple boilers in residential and commercial applications.

Matthew M Freeman; is an accomplished professional and technical expert in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning industry with over 20 years of unparalleled experience. Matt was an early adopter of green building initiatives, focusing on water conservation, energy saving products and best practices nearly two decades ago. Matt was subsequently recruited by some of the industry’s largest, most notable, manufacturers worldwide to support and promote high efficiency heating and hot water systems and products.

Matt’s passion for the industry and innate ability to communicate complex systems, understand flow charts and sequence of operations, plus the ability to troubleshoot or repair whether on or offsite earned him the praise and respect of his colleagues. Eventually earning a senior leadership role as a technical sales manager / trainer where Matt continued to demonstrate his knowledge of system design, installation and service best practices and share his wisdom with local plumbers, plumbing organizations, and the next generation of plumbers as an instructed at Northeast Metro Tech.
