Reviewed Heating System, Settings and overall condition. This is a full tear down service to ensure proper operation, peak efficiency and longevity. Starts with visual inspection and testing of components. Drain down the boiler, flush dirt trap and clean magnet if applicable. Open and clean air vents, replaced if needed. Check boiler water quality and treat as needed. Breakdown heat exchanger, combustion fan, venturi, gas valve and burner inspect for corrosion and other anomalies. Vacuum or blow out the heat exchanger and condensate collector flush as needed.  Inspect and clean the condensate trap and discharge line down to pump or drain.

Replace ignition electrode and flame sensor and reassemble heat exchanger and gas train. Refill the boiler, flush out the dirt trap and purge system. Commission Boiler and review all parameters, check error history and perform combustion and efficiency tests. Print results.
